Dr Jaipalreddy is a surgical oncologist and he specializes in surgical treatment of cancers arising from Head & Neck region, Breast, Gynecological, Gastric, Colorectal, Hepatobiliary and various soft tissue tumors. He also specializes in advanced laparoscopic oncological surgeries. He is one of few oncologist in india who specailise in thoracic oncology which deals with treatment of cancers arising from Lung, Esophagus amd mediastinum. He also does various thoracoscopic procedures required in management of thoracic cancers. He has published research articles in various national and international journals. He also has authored a chapter on thoracic oncology in textbook on clinical oncology.
