Yoga Therapy
A Yoga’ means union in Sanskrit and is bases on an ancient practice and discipline which seeks to create harmony between mind, body and spirit; it is a practice suitable for all age groups.
At ABMH, Physiotherapy is combined with ‘Therapeutic’ Yoga in order to make the body become supple, which in time improves the strength of the muscles, correct the alignment of the body, improve posture and lower the risk of suffering.
With the focus on the integral management of the patient, Yoga is integrated in the Physiotherapy management of the patients. It offers a holistic approach treatment, focusing not only on the physical but also the mental wellbeing of the patient.
