By accessing or using the Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital ("ABMH") website, patient portal, mobile application, online appointment services, teleconsultation services, health package booking services, payment gateway, or any related digital platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "User") and ABMH. ABMH reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Covered
These Terms govern access to and use of:
- ABMH website and digital portals
- Online appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation
- Patient Portal and Mobile Application access
- Teleconsultation services
- Online payments and billing
- Health package and diagnostic service bookings
- Digital access to reports and clinical records
3. User Registration and Account Responsibility
To access certain services, Users are required to register and create an account. Users shall:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Be solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account
- Promptly notify ABMH at ITSecurity@adityabirlahospital.com of any unauthorised account access
ABMH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false, misleading, or incomplete information, or engaging in any prohibited activity.
4. Appointment Booking
Appointment bookings through ABMH digital platforms are subject to the following conditions:
- All appointments are subject to doctor and facility availability
- ABMH may reschedule or cancel appointments due to clinical, operational, or technical reasons
- Booking confirmation shall be communicated via SMS, email, portal notification, or mobile application alert

5. Patient Portal and Medical Records
Patients may access eligible medical records and health information through the Patient Portal or Mobile Application, subject to the following:
- Access shall be available only to the registered and authenticated account holder
- Access to records is limited to those permitted under applicable laws and ABMH's data governance policies
- Users shall not misuse, alter, reproduce, distribute, or attempt unauthorised access to any medical or administrative information
- Sharing of login credentials for the purpose of proxy record access is strictly prohibited
6. Teleconsultation Services
ABMH's teleconsultation services are governed by applicable healthcare laws, telemedicine practice guidelines, and medical ethics standards. By using teleconsultation services, you acknowledge:
- Teleconsultation is not a substitute for emergency medical care or in-person clinical examination
- ABMH does not guarantee diagnostic accuracy where a physical examination is clinically necessary
- Prescriptions issued via teleconsultation shall comply with applicable telemedicine guidelines
7. Payments
Online payments made through ABMH platforms are processed via authorised and secure payment gateways. ABMH shall not be held responsible for:
- Banking system failures or network interruptions
- Third-party payment gateway outages or delays
- Transaction failures arising from incorrect payment details provided by the User

8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, software, graphics, text, and digital assets available on ABMH's platforms are the exclusive property of ABMH or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any ABMH intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABMH shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Temporary service interruptions or platform downtime
- Technical failures or internet connectivity issues
- User device malfunction or software incompatibility
- Third-party platform failures beyond ABMH's control
- Errors in information provided by the User during registration or booking
10. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting unauthorised access to ABMH systems, networks, or databases
- Uploading or transmitting malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Misrepresenting identity or impersonating any person or entity
- Using ABMH platforms for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose
- Harvesting, scraping, or collecting data from ABMH platforms without authorisation
11. Modification and Discontinuation of Services
ABMH reserves the right to modify, suspend, temporarily restrict, or permanently discontinue any service or feature at any time, with or without prior notice, due to operational, technical, legal, or regulatory reasons.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
